exellent functionality and support

We’ve been using the free version to set up and test it on our site, then swop to a paid version when we need more products or additional functionality for a few months (like to enable file uploads while running a photo comp)so only need to pay for the months we use. Overall excellent with quick and helpful support too. My only comment would be that it’s been designed to be ‘intuitive’ so little actual help hints in the page – and some of it is definitely NOT intuitive to me or the rest of our team! Also the new knowledge base is harder to find stuff in. But overall excellent and great that it integrates so easily in your site. Thanks ecwid team!
