    No need to apologize. What is the shortcode you used and where in the post did you put it?
    Can you list the other plugins that you’re using?

    Is it the featured image you’re trying to show EXIF for?

    I used the short code with the image ID, copied and pasted from the image property, following your instruction. I put that short code in the end of the post.

    Yes, the featured image has EXIF information, you can see it from the link above.

    @dancewithlight It might be that the plugin isn’t picking up on which fields to show. Can you please try adding show="all" to the shortcode? So it would look like: [exif id="1234" show="all"] replacing the 1234 with the actual image ID.

    I added the modified code with show=”all”, now it shows something, but only says:

    @dancewithlight It seems like the plugin itself is working, but your image may not have much Exif data saved. Some editing apps remove it, as well as some image optimisation tools.
