existing backup

    Hi Team,

    I did backups completed without problems messages. Everything is ok.
    I chosen the Google drive remote storage. Backup is now on the good Google drive folder.
    But on Updraft interface, on “Existing Backups” there are not backups…

    Can you help me please ?
    I would like to pay the premium version but I would like to know if it works correctly before.

    Hi,

    The backups should appear automatically in the Existing Backups tab when they are created.

    If not, or if new backups were moved into remote storage, you can have UpdraftPlus re-scan remote storage.

    Click the ‘re-scan remote storage’ link at the top of the Existing Backups tab. Do the backups appear?
