Existing Contact Isn’t Updating

  • Gravity forms entries are not updating already existing contacts on constant contact lists but it’s showing the message “Successfully added/updated in Constant Contact”. Both Gravity forms and Gravity forms Constant Contact add-on are up to date to latest version. Please advise what could be the issue here?
