existing files and folders not showing

  • Hi – From the description, this plugin does exactly what a client of mine needs, but I don’t get it to show existing files and (sub)folders.

    Wordpress is installed in
    /home/client-domain/public_html/wp/

    /home/client-domain/file-folder/
    is where the files are stored.

    I’ve set System Path (in Advanced Settings) to that path and left the Direct URL field empty.

    No files are showing either on the page containing [sp-client-document-manager] nor in the admin panel for me as admin.

    What am I missing?

    Hey Stefhz! The document manager does not actually read an existing directory. Its creates directories virtually for managing uploads.
