Existing permalinks not converted to greeklish

Hi,
I installed this plugin and it works fine with new posts. The problem is that it’s not converting existing post’s permalinks to greeklish.
I tried to change permalink sturcture, save settings, changed permalinks again, but still there are greek characters there for %post_title%.
Is there anything I can do to fix this?
