Existing products are not syncing but new products are syncing

Sorry to hear you’re having an issue with existing products syncing, I’d like to get a few details to try and assist.

First, could you please provide us with a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.

Second, when was the last time you were able to sync without issue, and have you made any substantial changes since then?

Hi, yes the system status is below. And we have not made any changes since then apart from disabling and enabling the Facebook plugin. The newly added products sync to shop while existing products do not appear in catalogue.
