Existing videopress shortcodes or links in Subdomain?

  • I think about creating a mobile app from my website, but actually I would need the most the Membership part with Video Lessons (Singing). The site has many posts, (more than 1200) and a part of the site would be not so huge, than the whole site, for creating a mobile app.

    I am a Videopress subscriber, and I use the Videopress Shortcodes normally on my site.

    My question is about creating a Subdomain site, only for the Membership content, which would be then converted into Mobile App (and/or PWA), but the question is, the uploaded Videopress files how will work on my subsdomains? Shortcodes, or links?

    I am afraid, the shortcodes are working only on my Main Domain, but – my guess is – not on “subdomain.hangdala.hu”. Am I wrong?

    Or, maybe I can create Subdomain site in Subfolder hangdala.hu/subfolder-WP-install, and maybe the shortcodes could work in the subfolder site too?

    Or – I guess again – I could use simply the normal Videopress link (not the shortcode) in the subfolder or in the subdomain site?

    Which would me the appropriate use?
