Existing Woocommerce subscriptions

    Hi,

    We have woocommerce setup with monthly subscriptions which apparently dont auto renew the monthly payment so I am currently processing these manually. We are using Braintree payment gateway for credit card and PayPal payments and our PayPal is set up to support monthly renewals.
    Can i install this plugin to re use the existing woocommerce subscriptions to force them to automatically renew or will I have to migrate all users over to a new subscription somehow? If so any advice on this as we are pushing 1k subscribers now?

  • Hi Luke,

    You cannot move existing woocommerce subscriptions to this plugin as this subscription type is different from that.
