When an image is clicked on and the full screen slider thing pops up the height the screen fitting is wrong. It fits to the device width without taking into account the height so if an image has different (larger height ratio) dimensions to the page then the exit button cannot be seen.

How can I edit this either through an update, changed setting, or custom CSS?

    Thanks in advance,
    Harry

  • Hi @hdrwilkinson,

Is that the correct url where I can take a look?
It does not seem to be working correctly.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

It should be working now. It was only just migrated across to this domain from my localhost when I sent the question so there could have been a delay in its upload.

    Thanks,
    Harry

    Thank you!
I saved one of your images to test it on my end and I was unable to replicate this behavior.

Can you please install this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode which allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.

Go to its troubleshoot mode and only activate this plugin and see if the images are displayed ok in the lightbox with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Nineteen for example) and no other plugins.
Please let me know how it goes!

    Thank you,
    Mihaela
