    Hi! Can you please confirm if I can use the animated cart image in the Exit Intent Pop-up box i.e. is there any licencing issues?

    You are welcome @bsthp. And thank you for reporting about this. I had no idea Outlook 2019 would be taking an emoji from the content and duplicating in the beginning of the email.
    We have tested this on Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, Outlook 365, email apps on mobile phones, Windows and Mac OS and haven’t seen such behavior ??

    Yes, I also tested on my mobile devices and Webmail, without any issues.
