Exit Intent Not Working

Hope all is well!

Exit Intent is working well on your site and the pop up is showing up for me as soon as I am leaving the site. Please see this screesnhot. If the page is still loading, while you are trying to leave the page, this means that the site is not fully loaded. To trigger a pop-up all site’s files, JS and CSS need to be loaded.

Also, does the exit intent work on mobile? How does it work on mobile without a cursor?

Exit Intent is triggered when a mouse leaves browser window on a desktop. I am afraid it will not work on mobile, because mobile devices working in a different way, mobile devices does not have “mouseleave” event.

I’ve tested this on a few different browsers. It pops up when I start scrolling down (even just a little bit), not on exit. Do I need to somehow switch the other options off except Exit Intent? I’ve simply selected the Exit Intent, trigger once is on, and add delay is off. Is that right?
Please let me know.

Note that I have turned it off at the moment as it is not displaying as I need it to.

Like Nastia said, I checked your website but I am seeing exit intent working normally. I tried scroll and it’s not showing on the scroll. Only when I leave the site area it shows the popup. If you still seeing a problem can you tell me the operating system and browser you test?

Hey I am using Windows 7 with Chrome browser. I just checked again and it works on scroll.

However, I just checked Firefox and it displays on Exit on firefox for some reason. Any ideas?

I went to try your website and yes … without intenting exit I see your popup after scrolling down all your website and then scrolling up till the top of your site and then pop up appear, I don’t move my mouse, just scrolling and always over your site …
I have the same issue … I don’t want scrolling function but there no option to deactivate scroll function :-/

Great! I’m glad it’s not just me. I prefer this plugin, but I need to try mailmunch if I can’t get this working by Sunday as I have an ad campaign going out next week.

I hope you’re well.

I tried on Windows 7/Sierra and latest Chrome but still couldn’t replicate. Also, I asked two of my colleagues and still no one can replicate from our team. But you are saying it’s working normally on Firefox, so it looks like it can be because of one of the extension you use from Chrome or browser cache.

Can you try on the incognito window? It will remove extensions and ignore caches so we can understand is the reason one of these.

Yes I’ve tried many times on incognito tab since last Monday – it pops up when I scroll down. I need to try a different plugin. Its great and the features are really good, but I just can’t get it to work at this time. Perhaps a future update will fix it.
