    Hello!
Planning to purchase the feature, but as we have more than half of our traffic mobile, I would like to know how does the exit intent work on mobile?
    Thank you!
    Luca

  • Dear @luca_2387,

Our Exit Intent option doesn’t work on mobile devices, as it works upon mouse cursor movement.
For mobile devices, we offer opening delay and on scroll options.

You should clone the original popup, set it to “Hide on mobile devices”.
Then set the copied one to “Show only on mobile devices”.
And, instead of the exit option on mobile, you should set “Popup opening delay” or “Show popup while scrolling”.

Hope this will solve your issue. If it does, please, take a moment to share your review for our plugin & support.

    Dear @luca_2387,

We are planning to develop mobile exit intent functionality in our plugin in future updates.
Just keep up with our updates. ??

    Hello!
I think that is a very useful functionality (if not a must have), given the high amount of mobile traffic, and I really hope you will consider to develop it ASAP.
I may suggest some useful trigger, if possible to realize:
    – click on the address bar
    – click on open tab number
    – click on back button (?)

I’d like to see this also. 95% of our visitors are on mobile. I’ve seen several other popup plugins offering exit intent now for mobile.

Any ideas on when this might be available?

    Dear @luca_2387 and @andrew55,

Thank you for your contribution into the development of our plugin! ??
We constantly work on the improvement of our plugin, and exit intent technology is one of the many future features in the list.

I’m afraid, we can’t state when exactly this option will be ready, but we have already included it in our tasks.
