    Please, provide us with:
    1. the URL where the popup is supposed to appear
    2. screenshots from the Opening Events and the Display Rules so we can see what options were chosen there (see the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/ExXUW4ylDZkv) .

    On the other hand, please note that exit intent works a bit differently on mobile. Since there is no hovering action like on a laptop, mobile exit intent is triggered when the back button is clicked or else when the tab is switched. Please, check the following link for more info:
