Exit intent pop-up not showing at all

Hi there
I’ve created an exit intent on our website, here’s the page where it is supposed to show:

It doesn’t show at all for me or any other computers I tested it on. All I did was change the text and image of the default exit-intent that is created. Please help, let me know if you need any other information.
