Exit Intent Popup not working in Microsoft Edge Browser

  • Hello,

    I recently updated my computer to Windows 10 and with it comes the new IE browser, Microsoft Edge. The browser is better than any IE browser before, which means people may actually use it.

    When I test my campaigns, I notice that the exit intent popups are not working. I have seen it fire off once, but it seems like a fluke.

    I did check the browser settings and ensure that popups aren’t being blocked. Action bars are working fine.

    Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks

    Hi Dan,

    We checked Exit Intent popup with IE(Edge) browser.
    It is not compatible currently.
    We will be work on it and if we found solution we will update you.
