Exit Pop up

  • The pop up shows on my homepage but the only way to exit out of it (for people that don’t want to sign up) is to drag the square down in the dialog box.
    It is not practical at all and I can see a lot of visitor leaving the site before figuring that out.
    Is there a way to exit the pop up window jsut by clicking anywhere on the screen or using the ESC key ?

    I saw the ‘EXIT POP UP’ and the ‘EXIT INTENT POP UP’ options, but if I use any of those option, the pop up does not show at all anymore.
    I just bought the premium version of this pluggin thinking it would work so please help ??
