I use the WooCommerce Booking & Rental System plugin. Now when I use the Litespeed cache, a calculation is not made on the product page because it is loaded dynamically. I also requested support from the plugin makers, but they could not help me, see their underlying response.

How can I exclude their plugin from caching so that the website works properly again?

    Hello,

We understand the importance of having your booking system working seamlessly. However, setting up or configuring third-party caching plugins, such as LiteSpeed Cache, is beyond the scope of our support policy as per Envato’s guidelines.

To ensure your booking system works correctly with LiteSpeed Cache, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Exclude RNB Plugin Files: You may need to exclude specific RNB plugin files from being cached. This typically includes dynamic pages such as booking forms or checkout pages.

    2. Clear Local and Server Cache: Ensure both local and server caches are cleared after making changes to the LiteSpeed Cache settings.

    3. Consult LiteSpeed Support: The LiteSpeed support team can provide detailed instructions on how to properly exclude files and optimize settings for your specific setup.

    4. Online Resources: There are numerous online resources and forums where you can find detailed guides and solutions for configuring LiteSpeed Cache with various plugins.

We hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best Regards

    RedQTeam
