Expand 3rd party shortcodes in excerpts

  • The plugin (Pro version) is working as promised with great help of the developer.
    Since we use Memphis Docs to archive our information, the displayed excerpts might contain the mdocs shortcode to the requested documents.
    At the moment those shortcodes are not displayed, so a user has to click in the excerpt to see the expanded shortcode.
    FYI: with the standard WP search function the shortcodes are always expanded.

    I would like to see those shortcodes being expanded already in the excerpts.
    What can we do to achieve that?
