Expand all and toggle do not work

    The FAQs show up on a page with the ‘expand all’ link. ‘Expand all’ does not work and when you click the toggle, it opens on a new page instead of below the question. I have tried all number of settings but cannot seem to get it to work correctly.

    I’m not sure if anything has changed since you wrote your message, but the Expand All button is working exactly as it should when we first visit your page.

    However, if you click on an FAQ, it does toggle open, but then, almost immediately, it does bring you to a new page. After that, if you click back, then the Expand All doesn’t work.

    It looks like your site has some kind of JavaScript animation/transition that is being applied to all page loads. I’m not sure what is going on with that, but it seems to be affecting the FAQ toggle JavaScript. Try and disable that effect to see if the toggle then works as it should.

    You could also try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme, just to see if the FAQ toggle is working as it should.
