Expand Archives

Hi,
my blog: thehappyeater.com.au has an archive section on the right. If you click on one of the archive dates, then a page loads with a summary of each post, in chronological order.

I want to have it so that when you click on the archive month, that a list expands out showing all the blog titles. See https://www.sarahwilson.com.au for an example. She has ‘view old posts’ with a drop down for each yeat, then month, then all the posts.

Can anyone tell me what plug in I need to do this? I can’t do coding so it needs to be a front end solution please.
