Expand. Collapse and go back to the beginning

Hello,
i have a part of “text” and i want to show the most important part. When you click on expand there is a long list with text.
When you click less. It collapse but you are on the bottom of the site.
Is it possible to click less and then go back up to the first part. Like an achor link to that part of the post?
