Expand post area, keep site mobile friendly.

  • As first, i am completly inexperienced with CSS and HTML, which i why i chose for wordpress with a premade theme i liked, and attempting to edit it.

    now i want expand the text area, where all the text / embeds show, but keep it mobile friendly, the few things i tried was expanding the width % which did do what i wanted but it would keep centrated as if the location of the text did not change at all. and it would cut off pieces of the page becoming unreadable on a phone.

    any help would be most welcome.
