[expand title=”Read More”] not working yet

    Hello

    The page I am working on is https://sfshift.com/
    If you look to the bottom of the page in the written testimonial section, you may notice there I have entered a collapse-o-matic short code:

    [expand title=”Read More”] The testimonial text [/expand]

    And I’m curious, I’ve read other posts and searched online and through the documentation and am confused why it’s not working?

    Would anyone be willing to suggest what I could do to collapse the text with in this short code please?

    The reason could be a) the Collapse-O-Matic plugin is not installed or activated. b) The content area of your theme does not support shortcodes. You might want to open a ticket with your theme’s support team and ask how to get shortcodes processed in your specific content element.
