    I’m a newbie here and in no way a technical person so please be patient with me. Recently, I have asked my web developer to build a WordPress website for me. It was working fine across devices (PC mobile and tablet) until I have asked him to add another two links on the website menu (the menu is expandable). Here’s the link to my website –> My Website

    Since then my expandable menu has stopped working properly on both iPhone and iPad. Instead of displaying the menu images and links as it once was, it just showed up as an empty white space although I can still click on it !!! This problem seems to appear only on iPhone and iPad and it’s working fine on Samsung Android mobile. I have already asked my developer to try and fix this but it has been a few days and he seems to have some difficulties fixing the issue.

    Anyone experienced such issue before? Anything you can suggest so that I can get this issue over with? I have already tried searching the forum but couldn’t quite find exactly the same issue. So if you have any solutions for this would be greatly appreciated.

    We checked your site and it seems to be some issue with the double menu. Can you let me know if your menu works on iPad Landscape view?

    Thanks so much for your reply ! Yes it worked on iPad Landscape view! What do I need to do in order to make it work also for the normal view?

    Basically, the issue is your Developer has created 2 menu icons for your website. One display for smaller screen and another for wide screen. If you can use the same menu across wide and smaller screen then it would work fine.
