Expanded section collapsing immediately

    I’ve been using this plug-in for a while and it’s always worked great. I have one particular page of my site with lots of information and this plug-in really helps to make it appear a lot neater. Just noticed today though that when the target text is clicked, the expanded section appears quickly and then almost immediately collapses again. This doesn’t give the visitor enough time to read the text.

    there seems to be a css transform affecting the speed at which things change.
    we’ll look into the on page css and get back with a proper reply.

    but it’s clear to our eye it’s a bit of CSS jankeyness.

    stay tuned for a more direct answer…

    We are unable to duplicate the issue on our end.

    Do you have a staging server that you can do some basic troubleshooting on?
    You should test if the issue is related to a) your theme or b) another plugin.

    Plugin conflicts can be tested by temporarily toggling off all other plugins and seeing if the issue goes away. If so, turn on the plugins one by one until the issue returns.

    If the issues is not related to a plugin conflict, try temporarily switching to a standard WordPress twenty-something theme to ensure the issue is not theme related.
