Expanding the text entry box…?

I have 2.8.2 installed on 2 websites, both residing on the same server.

On one of them the text entry or editing box has a dragable bottom right corner so you can increase the size of the box you are typing in. The corver shows up as 2 or 3 small diagonal lines, right after the “Last edited by CAdmin on July 21, 2009 at 12:19 pm” text.

One of my installs has this “feature” the other does not. Makes no diff if I try in FF or IE… this is puzzling me….
