Expansion Pack

  • I have purchased the Bento Expansion Pack. When I try to upload it as a plugin I am getting this error:

    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    The file that downloaded with purchase was a php file and not a zip file. Please explain how to resolve. Thanks!

    Hey Amy & Michael,

    thank you for choosing Bento! I’ve replied to your email, but just in case other users will need this information in the future, will also leave it here.

    Please try the following steps:
    1. Right-click on the download link, choose “Save As” and save on your hard drive. The saved file should be in .zip format.
    2. Open your website’s WP admin panel, go to “Plugins -> Add New -> Upload” and install the Expansion Pack using the archive file from step 1.

    In case this doesn’t succeed, please let me know, we’ll troubleshoot further!
