Expected Behavior on Expiration?

  • Hi, I have a problem where memberships are not expiring. I have tested the cron situation and made sure it is running. (Running PMP 3.3.1)

    I’m expecting a user’s membership level to change after the expiration date. Is this a correct assumption?

    I have tried setting the user’s expiration date to 1 and 2 days ago, then run the cron, and their membership level remains the same as viewed on /wp-admin/users.php and on:

    admin.php?page=pmpro-member&user_id=11&pmpro_member_edit_panel=memberships

    On that page, under “Membership History” again, the membership level is unchanged and the Status is “active.”

    I feel like I’m missing something.

    Perhaps the issue is that no payment is associated with the user accounts I’m testing?
