Expected boundaries vs Actual boundaries

Hello,

I am currently working on a website where I am trying to utilize the responsiveness of the plugin. I am trying to make a logo appear on the top left corner of a mobile and tablet interface. However, if you take a look at this image, the red box shows the boundaries of the phone view. The green box is what I would expect for a responsive design and a video on the plug-in page shows exactly what I want. However, even following the templates and the video, this issue persists. Are there any steps I can take to achieve such a responsive boundary?
