Not great support

  • I am paying $360/year for premium, which should come with some useful features. I logged in today and my stats were gone. For years I have been paying this to Jetpack and getting stats, now they want another $100 year.

    Premium support is supposed to be included with the subscription, which so far has included a useless ai servicebot and the promise to reply.
