    Hi.

    I experienced an issue when changing the Super Admin in WP Multisite.

    When I changed the username of a Super Admin in a WP Multisite, I lost access to the Network Admin area of the website and also to other subsites within the Multisite.

    Can you please look into this and see if it can be resolved or what might be causing this?
