Experiencing 403 Forbidden error when trying to view embedded Articulate content

  • Hello. I have followed instructions to upload Articulate course to my site, and have embedded it into a page. When I try to access this page from the front end, I get a “403 – Forbidden” error. This is the exact URL to the plugin file that is causing issue (have removed my site name for security purposes). URL: https://<site_name&gt;.pantheonsite.io/wp-content/uploads/private/articulate_uploads/binance-settles-with-regulators-raw-01dgiIcP/index.html

    For context, I am only using the free plugin provided on this page. I have not purchased a premium license yet. Let me know if that is the issue.
