Hello, I added a plugin that was compatible with my version of wordpress. When I activated it, I started experiencing this error throughout the entire page. I removed the plugin I just downloaded and now everything is working fine except I only receive this error when I try to add a new plugin. Now I cannot add any new plugins. The plugin I downloaded and removed was ‘WP User Frontend – Membership, Profile, Registration & Post Submission Plugin for WordPress.’ I checked the admin email and did not receive anything in the admin email. I do not know where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

make a backup of your site files and database
a few ideas to start troubleshooting:
1-report the issue to plugin support for “WP User Frontend – Membership, Profile, Registration & Post Submission Plugin for WordPress”.
2-are you able to temporarily deactivate all plugins?
3-can you add a plugin via FTP access?
4-have you tried to use a default theme like twenty nineteen?

I have not tried deactivating all the plugins or using a default theme but I will try those both. I am going to report that issue now. I cannot add the plugins using FTP because I do not have that access, I am working on the site for someone else but I will ask the owner of the site to give me access or ask that person to do it. Thank you for you quick reply.

Do you have any info about the admin email not being sent?

when you get access to webhosting account you will be able to start to troubleshoot your issues in database and files and mail.
be sure to make a backup of files and database before making changes.
