Expert Agent Feed – not pulling through rental

    Have managed to set up the import properties plugin and it seems to be connecting to the FTP feed and pulling in all of the properties that are “For Sale” however it is not pulling in any properties that are “To Let”.

    I can login to the FTP server manually and can see in the Expert Agent XML that there are in fact multiple “To Let” properties available, but Property Hive seems to be ignoring them.

    Have tried adding extra custom fields, adding more specific mapping criteria etc but it doesn’t seem to help.

    Is there anything I am missing?

    In the XML there is a field called ‘department’ that, for every EA feed we’ve seen in the past, uses ‘Residential Lettings’ to categorise properties as a lettings property.

    In your feed they’re using the department of ‘Rentals’. Not sure why it would be different for this client.

    I’m not sure if it’s possible for EA or the client to change the name of this department? If not, we’d need to make an update to the add on to add a filter so these departments can be customised to cater for this difference.
