Expire form after date

    I’ve got a form on my website where stall holders can submit a booking to hold a stall at an event in September.
    I have a cut-off date where I won’t be accepting new applications after this.

    Is there a way to automatically close a form or to change a page on a certain date, or do I need to do this manually?
