Expire Notification

  • Hi all,

    May I know where do I find the expire notification to the user settings? I checked the Email Settings, but can’t seems to find it.

    Hi, currently there is no settings for what you are asking. Are you trying to change the message sent to the members?

    No, I just need a notification to notify the user that their account is expiring. Message itself is not a priority.

    Do you know of any setting for that noticiation?

    Unfortunately at present there are no settings for what you are asking. The only option at present is enabling the following feature Enable Expired Account Login located under Advance Settings tab.

    I just thought of a bit of a dirty trick. However I have not tested this myself.

    What you could do is pretend that you are editing a members account. Then send them a notification and in that message let me know that the account is about to expire. Read the following instructions. Let me know if this will help you for now until something else is introduced.
