Expire user access after 1 year

Great plugin! Just wondering can we do this:

We need users to pay via Stripe for 1 year access to certain pages which we have done. Howver after the 1 year is up their account needs to revert back to “pending” until they pay again.

They would also need to be notified via email.

Any solutions welcome!
