I’ve setup a new advert-single.php template with information from the custom fields etc.

I also have the override plugin which you wrote active and have overridden a couple of core template files.

    This all works perfectly.

However when an advertiser views one of their own expired adverts from the page with the [adverts_manage] the site uses the standard single.php template which does not show the custom field data etc. Is there any way to force expired ads to use the correct template.

It seems to work fine with links from non-expired adverts from the same page.

    Hi,
when viewing the Advert from [adverts_manage] exactly the same template file should be used as when viewing it from [adverts_list] as this is basically the same link.

Can you let me know how do you have handling expired pages configured in wp-admin / Classifieds / Options / Core panel and maybe share some screenshots so i can see how the published and expired Ad pages differ?

Thanks Greg, I had it set to 404 but with the read in the always visible for settings.

Hmm i cannot seem to replicate this issue, i have the Ads Handling set the same as you and the custom fields on expired Ad details pages seem to show just fine?

Are you sure the expired Ad you are looking at has the custom fields filled? It would be also great if you could paste a screenshot from the Ad edit page and the Ad details page?
