    Hi,

Is it normal when an administrator changes a user level from a one year plan to a two year plan, the expiration date is still only one year in the future and does not automatically change to two years in the future?

It’s the same if I downgrade to 1 month, the expiration date is 1 year in the future not 1 month in the future. I must do it manually width the select fields to have the right expiration date.
    Strange not?

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting the Paid Memberships Pro team.

This is normal behavior that you would need to tweak the expiration date to your needs when changing or adjusting a members level in the admin.

We are working on a solution around automatically adjusting this in a smarter way in a future release.

    Kind Regards,
    Andrew

Thanks a lot for taking time to respond to me.
I warned my client that this functionality would only exist in a future version of the plugin.

I put this thread as resolved
    Have nice day!
    Regards
