My client asked me to look into this. Neither she nor I was aware of the Venmo integration, so noticing a Venmo button was confusing to both of us. Adding to the confusion is that if one clicks the Venmo button, it shows a QR code and everything I read today suggests that the QR code is for in-store purchases.

Can I turn this off? I didn’t find a setting in the plugin page.

Can I get more information to share with my client about how this works, since this is an online store and not an in-person shop.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @tecbrat

I am aware that you can turn off the Venmo option under WooCommerce > Payments: Disable funding sources –> Type here “Venmo”.
However, you might be asking to only turn off the QR code option and I don’t think you can make specific changed within the payment options in our tool.

I will check with our developer, but I don’t think that is possible.
Hopefully, this is the answer you were looking for.

    Kind regards,

my developer answered the same: you can only turn it off. There are no configuration items on the payment methods.

Thank you for showing how to remove Venmo. The main issue we had was it replaced the pay later button.

    Thank you sir,

I disabled it for now. That’s all I needed at the moment, until we can learn more about it.
