    LS, by using the option “user explanation” the row (space) appear under the question, but you cannot fill it in???? pls advs

    Dear @peeth6,

    Thank you for the topic.

    If you mean, you have enabled the User Explanation from the admin dashboard, and you can’t write anything in the input, then, please note, that the plugin is designed like that.
    The admin can’t write anything for this input. By enabling this functionality, you let the survey takers write explanations while passing the survey.

    See the screenshot below:

    Once you go to the front end, you can see a text area under the question, where the user can provide an explanation and submit the survey.

    I thought you could put extra (background)information, so an explanation for the user beside the question. So if you with your mouse on a specific question an explanation will appear.

    Thank you for your reply.

    At the moment, unfortunately, the plugin doesn’t have such a feature to show the explanation when hovering with a mouse.
    By the way, the plugin has the Admin Note option by enabling which the text you provide on the Dashboard will be displayed under the question all the time on the front end.
