Explanations Not Showing During Quiz

    My question explanations are not showing during the quiz and are only showing on the results page. I think I’ve done everything correctly:

    I imported the questions and answers without the explantions using the XLXS format, and then entered the explanations manualy later.

    In the “Question Settings” tab, I entered my explanation text in the “Question Explanation” section.

    In the “Quiz Settings” tab, I’ve enabled “Show Correct Answers” for a duration of 4 seconds and selected “On Both” in the “Show Question Explanation” section.

    I can’t find any other options for the explanations anywhere.

    Please provide us with the link, where the given quiz is located for further investigation of this case.

    By the way, please let me explain the following case.
    I want to mention, that the Question explanation feature works with all question types, except the Checkbox.
    The reason for this is that the system can’t determine when exactly the user has finished writing an answer.
    You can find this info available as a tooltip for the Question Explanation option.

    So, in case you are using the Checkbox question type, please change it to another question type and check the case in that way.
