Explore: TG Services Bundled Widgets

Dear all.
I imported the theme and the demo (Explore). However, the Bundled Widget (3columns under the homepage sliders) do not appear and also following these instructions:
https://docs.themegrill.com/explore/ does not help. The widget area says: “Your template has 3 more widget areas, but this particular page doesn’t display it.”
