Export ALL Data

Hi, i am wondering if it is possible to export all categories, tags and settings and then upload the “setup” to my live domain.

I am developing on an offline server and i do not have any listings as yet. My aim is to get the site set-up offline first.

If i created at least one listing using all categories and tags then exported it, would all the tags and categories then be automatically created when uploading/importing the exported .csv file?

But even if that works, i still wont have the actual settings. Id need to go through the setup process. Is there a way around this? ie. export EVERYTHING
