Export all events from the Calendar (including past events)

I am trying to take all the events from an All in One Calendar installation and add them to another WordPress website with All in One installed on there. I tried importing them into Google Calendar and then setting up an ics calendar feed in the second WordPress website. That works in that all upcoming events get imported but I would also like to grab all past events as well

Any suggestions?
