Thank you for adding the list of attendees. We urgently needed this function! ??

But unfortunately the export as CSV file does not work. :-/
I hope this will be fixed.

    Best Regards…

    Hi @swbdatw,

Since I couldn’t replicate the issue on my test site, I suspect there’s a conflict that’s causing the issue here. It would be good to test for conflicts. Could you follow the following steps?

    1. Make sure to use the latest version of The Events Calendar plugins.
    2. Deactivate all other plugins except for The Events Calendar Plugins.
    3. Switching to the Default theme.

Please read the Testing for Conflicts article before doing anything.

To be safe, we’d recommend conducting tests and updates on a Staging Server. Also, please keep a working backup of your website.

    Thank you for your answer.

We only use event tickets and have coupled this plugin with another job plugin for the RSVPs. We do not need Events Calendar.

Nevertheless, I installed it once for testing and the export still does not work. Probably you have to book the RSVPs via the calendar?

Then it won’t work for us…

    Hi @swbdatw,

You don’t need to install The Events Calendar if you don’t need it. By The Events Calendar plugins, I meant all the plugins created by our team, including Event Tickets.

For me to understand and learn more about your setup, could you provide the following version of the following?

    1. PHP
    2. WordPress
    3. Event Tickets
    4. Theme and Version

Also, provide me with additional information about the issue that you’re experiencing? You mentioned that the export as CSV file does not work. Does it mean that you get an empty exported file or does it mean that the button for exporting is disabled?

Looking forward to helping you with this one.

    Hi Atousa,

    Regarding your questions:
    1. PHP 8.1.28
    2. WordPress 6.5.2
    3. Event Tickets 5.9.1
    4. Theme: Underscores 1.0

If I click on the export button only a new tab is opened. The content in it s the normal attendee list.

But I can see the CSV-Link which is on the export button if I Hover the export button.

    Hello @swbdatw,

I checked and was able to reproduce the issue in Tickets > Attendees tab – https://www.loom.com/share/d3dd574e34964f969760885771b525d7.

I’ve created an internal ticket GTRIA-1269 to address this issue, and I’ve included your specific use case in it to communicate it to our team.

We prioritize bugs by considering the number of users impacted, as well as how the bug impacts one’s ability to run an event/sell tickets. I don’t have a specific timeline as to when this issue will be resolved, but trust that our team is aware. Our team communicates updates and bug fixes in our newsletter and via our changelog.

In the meantime, a workaround for now is to export individual attendees from their ticket’s attendee tab – https://www.loom.com/share/9655067b5eaf4a2e8f21e793153476c0.

I’m happy to help if any other questions are coming up around this topic. Otherwise, I’ll go ahead and close this ticket.

Thanks again for reporting this issue and for using The Events Calendar! Have a great day.

    Internal Bug Ticket Reference:

    GTRIA-1269

Was this bug fixed yet? I am having the same problem with the Export feature today. We already use The Events Calendar and recently installed the Event Tickets plugin to collect RSVPs. I have 37 attendees who have responded. When I click “Export” it simply opens a new tab over and over. And it never gives me the option to download or “save as” or anything. I need to be able to download the CSV in order for the event team to manage the list. Also, using the Print feature will only print 1 page of guests at a time (and I can only view, not edit the data, of cours).

    Currently running…
    PHP: 7.4.33.5
    WordPress 6.5.3
    Theme: OceanWP theme with Elementor
    Event Tickets 5.10.0 & Events Calendar 6.5.0
