Followed all the steps recommended… used the twenty twenty theme and disabled all plugins/caching except for gigpress.

    Hope this is helpful.

  • Hi @iamediaworks!

I tried to reproduce this problem, but the export worked properly for me. You went to GigPress > Import/Export > Export and downloaded a CSV, right?

Could you update the plugin to its latest version (GigPress 2.3.24)? Do you still have the same issue after the update?

    Cheers,
    Jeremy

    Hi @iamediaworks,

It’s actually a bug in that original library which is outdated. This problem will be fixed in the next maintenance release.

Thank you for your patience and understanding ??

    Cheers,
    Jeremy
