Export button does nothing

We use the WP Migrate DB on all our development websites when we launch them live to our clients and it always works great! We love this plugin. Those have mostly been on our Linux server. I now have a website that is on a Windows Server 2008 R2 and I have installed the plugin. So I fill in the Find and Replace fields as normal but when I click Export nothing happens, usually I can see the Export progress on my screen. Also, none of the buttons (Settings, Add-Ons, Help) at the top don’t work either. I have tried reinstalling the plugin still with no luck. Any ideas? Thank you very much for your help!
