    Hi,

I am trying to import the product on my website to the facebook page using fb business console, however when it tries to fetch the data it comes out with error :
Cannot get feed (error code 18 – Status HTTP 200)

Any idea how to solve this?

    Thanks

    The real error message:
An error occurred when getting this feed from the HTTP server for the following reason: (Code doe rro: 18)(HHTP state code: 200).

    Hello @stuartduff

    Does the sync ever worked?

Hello, I got the exact error message as you do. I just open a troubleshooting ticket to wordpress and waiting for reply. Any luck for you that the problem is resolved? Thanks

    No luck.

Spoke with facebook business team and they point out that woocommerce is not generating the feed as it should.

And woocommerce doens’t even bother to answer this topic…

Had to add the products manually but the issue is that it wont sync if I change on the website.

Jesus Christ. ?????? Anyway thanks mate.

I used to have the same problem and I “solved”.
The url of your .cvs generated with facebook woocommerce plugin that contains all your products is a private url (you only can access if you are logged). Thats why facebook can’t access.
So the solution for me was download the .cvs and upload to the catalog.

catalog –> product data sources —> settings

    yes, that is a workaround.

but, the whole idea is that it syncs so that you change a product on your website, or add, or even remove, and it updates on facebook page.

Now, if we add an app to facebook developers and allow it to let mydomain.com “manage” the page, it should access the file, else what′s the purpose? ??

Anyway, why there is no one from woocomerce responding to this matter?
    Known issue?

I know, but at least is a temporary solution. Hope that they fix it in a future.

This is just unbelievable! I can’t understand why Facebook and WordPress doesn’t release their versions after thorough testing. Horrible release. I managed to go back to the previous version somehow and that seems to be working for now.

I am also facing the same issue. Do you get any solution till yet? Bundle of thanks in advance.

Mine is working now, after some updates.

Which version of wp and the plugin do you have?

And have you made the connection again (usually after the plugin update it asks to update some db, and reconnect)
